How Are the 2022 Chevy Bolt EV and 2022 Bolt EUV Different?

The Chevy Bolt is an innovative electric vehicle platform, not because it doesn’t use fossil fuel for power, but because it makes electric vehicle technology affordable to as many Budds’ Chevy customers as possible. The 2022 model year is around the corner and our manufacturing partner is introducing a new version of the Bolt. So, how are the 2022 Chevy Bolt EV and 2022 Bolt EUV different? The most obvious difference between the two Bolt versions is that the EUV model looks more like a compact crossover SUV than the original Bolt EV version. Let’s take a closer look at both versions.

2022 Bolt EV vs. 2022 Bolt EUV Dimensions

If someone was to look at both versions of the 2022 Chevy Bolt, it might be difficult to tell which one is larger. Using exterior measurements, like wheelbase, overall length and overall width, the 2022 Bolt EUV is going to be larger — though the differences are small. However, it’s going to be two vehicles’ interior measurements that are going to be most interesting to Budds’ Chevy customers. How Much Cargo Volume Does the Bolt EV and Bolt EUV have?

Chevy designers and engineers have built the 2022 Bolt EV and Bolt EUV models to offer as much interior cargo volume as possible. Both versions of the 2022 Chevy Bolt have nearly identical measurements for interior space. There will be more than 460 litres (~16 cubic-feet) of cargo volume behind the rear seats of both Bolt models. Folding the rear seats down will make just more than 1,600 litres (~57 cubic-feet) of cargo storage room.
